Job Summary

Requirements:

• Obtaining a high school diploma or its similar alternative is a common prerequisite in the job market
• A valid driver's license with no infractions and owning a personal car are mandatory, with the need to commute within the vicinity for up to half the day
• Having a proficient technical acumen that involves the utilization of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, proficient operation of scanners, and accurately inputting orders into a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Required to be capable of lifting objects weighing 50 pounds unaided
• The job mandates the capacity to work inside and outside interchangeably

Requirements:

• It is advantageous to possess a high school diploma or its equal
• Preference is given to candidates with over a year of experience in warehouse operations or working with powered industrial trucks
• Holds a legitimate license as a forklift operator
• Mastery of expressing thoughts clearly through speech and writing
• Proficient in working autonomously and in a team environment
• Proficient in teamwork and capable of navigating a diverse professional landscape
• Skilled in fostering and maintaining professional relationships throughout different organizational levels (peers, work groups, clients, supervisors) and proficient in adapting to a varied workplace atmosphere
• Incredibly meticulous and reliable
• Being prompt and having a solid attendance track record is highly valued
• Demonstrates self-sufficiency in carrying out tasks without constant supervision
• Displays a keen sense of taking the lead independently
• Shows great exactitude, especially when the stakes are high
• Capacity to manage loads with a maximum weight of 35 pounds
• Capability to tolerate prolonged periods of standing
• Competency in executing work tasks with adherence to health and safety methods
• The position mandates being adaptable to changing work shifts
• Recognized for being detail-oriented and for maintaining rigorous follow-up practices.

Responsibilities:

• Execute warehouse responsibilities that could include loading, picking, packaging, shipping, receiving, operating forklifts, and conducting stock assessments
• Ensuring compliance with the performance measurement criteria outlined in the contract when carrying out responsibilities
• Responsible for the precise selection and packaging of items, auditing orders, introducing totes, staging products for shipment, and managing the loading and unloading of trucks
• Tasked with handling the regular paperwork activities within a warehouse, such as picking sheets, returns processing, and bill of lading documentation
• Delivering support and maintenance for various aspects associated with the automated packaging system during the core production shift
• Executing responsibilities in accordance with the performance metrics specified in the agreement
• Completes tasks beyond the designated responsibilities.

Equipment:

• Handling Incoming Merchandise: Managing the reception and logistics of products such as bolts, cables, reels, wires, and anchors.
• Stand-up and sit-down forklifts, together with pallet jacks, serve as integral components in warehouse operations
