You're a gifted communicator, able to adapt to different Customer types with ease and resolve issues with a positive attitude. Collaboration within a team environment is your strong suit, as you seek to continually improve your skills on the sales floor. Your performance in this position is evaluated based on both your personal and productivity goals, as well as your ability to provide an enjoyable in-store experience for every Customer.

Responsibilities:

• Exhibits a deep understanding of all product-related information, ranging from the latest innovations to emerging industry trends

Qualifications:

• Novice Retail Professional
• Providing world-class customer service requires feeling confident and at ease when interacting with patrons
• The interaction with customers and athletic products fuels a passion to achieve exceptional outcomes
• Starts performing duties or tasks without being closely supervised
• The job necessitates adaptability in scheduling, including availability on weekends, holidays, and during nontraditional hours
