Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transportation Logistics Coordinator. This full-time role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient freight movement and driver dispatching within a fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day transportation operations by managing dispatch tasks and maintaining accurate logistics data.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Central Dispatcher with driver and freight coordination
• Accurately enter logistics and billing information into internal systems
• Generate daily revenue and performance reports
• Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• 13 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in the trucking industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to build positive customer relationships
• Capable of managing high call volumes efficiently
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
