Responsibilities:

• The key to meeting customer expectations and providing high-quality sales service is possessing an in-depth understanding of the products being sold and collaborating effectively with colleagues
• Top-performing retail businesses prioritize meeting sales goals, providing an outstanding customer experience, and maintaining up-to-date operational standards
• Remember to take breaks and allow yourself time to recharge and refocus
• Builds rapport with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their requirements
• Dexterity in Mastering and Transferring Knowledge of Merchandise and Trends to Address Customers鈥?Requests
• Maintains a strong understanding of all products, keeping up with both current and emerging industry trends
• Celebrating and recognizing the unique achievements and contributions of all individuals, regardless of their background, cultivates a sense of pride and unity in the workplace

Qualifications:

• Entry-Level Retail Knowledge
• Successful customer service requires feeling confident and at ease when engaging with customers to deliver an exceptional experience
• Being inspired by customer engagement and athletic products motivates individuals to strive for exceptional outcomes
• Executes duties or responsibilities without being constantly monitored
• As a condition of employment, the candidate must be accessible for work during nonstandard hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays
