Merchandise Processing Associate

Job Summary

As a Merchandise Processing Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for customers, donors, and fellow team members. This position supports the daily operations of our thrift store by preparing merchandise for the sales floor. Full-time and part-time roles are available in a purpose-driven, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and prepare donated merchandise for sale
• Ensure quality standards are met for clothing, accessories, household goods, and other items
• Assist with pricing and categorizing merchandise
• Maintain clean and organized processing and production areas
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications and Experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
• Previous retail or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
