Job Overview:

As soon as you step onto the sales floor in our stores, you know you're in your element. Your passion lies in athletic sneakers and apparel and adding them to your collection is a constant pursuit. You have an admirable ability to recognize the latest styles and enjoy discussing them with Customers. You're a gifted communicator, able to adapt to different Customer types with ease and resolve issues with a positive attitude. Collaboration within a team environment is your strong suit, as you seek to continually improve your skills on the sales floor. Your performance in this position is evaluated based on both your personal and productivity goals, as well as your ability to provide an enjoyable in-store experience for every Customer.

Responsibilities:

• The ability to work collaboratively with team members and have a comprehensive understanding of all available products are essential ingredients in ensuring customer satisfaction
• Top-performing retail businesses prioritize meeting sales goals, providing an outstanding customer experience, and maintaining up-to-date operational standards
• Surround yourself with positive influences and seek support from friends, family, or a mentor
• Tailors the approach with every customer by utilizing open-ended questions to assess their specific needs
• Capability in Acquiring and Spreading Expertise on Items and Trends to Meet Customers鈥?Preferences
• Keeps abreast of all product-related information, including the latest releases and relevant industry trends
• Creating opportunities for employees to learn about and embrace different cultures and perspectives can help foster a more tolerant and inclusive workplace

Qualifications:

• Working in retail for up to three years can be considered a novice phase, but it's also a crucial period to learn and develop your skills. You may have experienced the basics of customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and sales, but there's still a lot to learn and improve upon as you progress
• Providing world-class customer service requires feeling confident and at ease when interacting with patrons
• The enthusiasm that comes from dealing with customers and athletic equipment inspires individuals to strive for great results
• Commences executing assignments or undertakings without the need for constant monitoring
• A willingness to work flexible hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
