Job Summary

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is frequently a baseline requirement for career opportunities
• A pristine driving record, access to a personal vehicle, and the readiness to travel within the region for roughly a quarter to half of the day are key criteria
• Having a proficient technical acumen that involves the utilization of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, proficient operation of scanners, and accurately inputting orders into a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Required to lift items weighing a maximum of 50 pounds without support
• The job requires the flexibility to work in varying environments, including indoors and outdoors

Requirements:

• It is advantageous to possess a high school diploma or its equal
• Having one year or more of experience in warehouse operations or operating powered industrial trucks is advantageous
• Accredited with a current forklift operator's license
• Advanced skills in effective verbal and written communication
• Proficient in working autonomously and in a team environment
• Showing abilities as a team player and excelling in a multicultural work environment
• Possessing the skill to establish and uphold professional connections across various tiers of the company (coworkers, teams, clients, supervisors) and adept at operating in a diverse workplace setting
• Consistently thorough and reliable
• Timeliness and a strong attendance record are fundamental requirements
• Performs duties with minimal need for close supervision
• Shows a high level of assertiveness in decision-making
• Maintains a high degree of accuracy, even in demanding circumstances
• Able to pick up and transport items that weigh up to 35 lbs
• Capability to be vertical for extended periods of time
• Competence in executing duties in accordance with health and safety guidelines
• Must have the ability to work flexibly across different shifts as required
• Known for meticulous attention to detail and consistent post-action monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse tasks that might involve loading, picking, boxing, shipping, receiving, operating forklifts, and conducting cycle counts
• Adhering to the performance evaluation benchmarks set forth in the agreement when executing tasks
• Responsible for the precise selection and packaging of items, auditing orders, introducing totes, staging products for shipment, and managing the loading and unloading of trucks
• In charge of handling the routine paperwork responsibilities in a warehouse environment, such as picking lists, returns processing, and billing documentation
• Providing support for technical issues and maintenance tasks related to the automated packing system during the core production shift hour
• Complying with the performance assessment guidelines set out in the contract
• Takes on extra responsibilities as assigned.

Equipment:

• Inbound Products Oversight: Supervising the handling of merchandise like bolts, cables, reels, wires, and anchors upon arrival.
• The inventory of handling equipment may include stand-up and sit-down forklifts, as well as pallet jacks for various warehouse tasks
