Job Summary

Requirements:

• The completion of a high school diploma or its equal substitute opens doors to many job prospects
• Applicants must demonstrate a clean driving background, own a personal vehicle, and be willing to travel locally for a significant portion of the day
• Having a solid grasp of technical operations, including proficiently using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, operating scanners adeptly, and entering orders correctly into a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Should be able to handle loads of up to 50 pounds single-handedly
• The role demands being proficient in working both indoors and outdoors

Requirements:

• Having a high school diploma or its equivalent is desirable
• Experience in warehousing or operating industrial trucks for one year or longer is desirable
• Possesses an authorized forklift operator's license
• High proficiency in both oral and written communication capabilities
• Skilled in carrying out tasks alone or in a team setting
• Showing competency as a team member and being adaptable to diverse work environments
• Excelling in establishing and maintaining professional relationships at every organizational level (colleagues, teams, customers, supervisors) and being skilled at thriving in a diverse workplace setting
• Thorough and consistent
• Timeliness and a strong attendance record are fundamental requirements

• Shows a strong inclination towards initiating tasks and projects independently
• Exhibits impressive accuracy, particularly when under pressure
• Capacity to manage loads with a maximum weight of 35 pounds
• Capacity to withstand standing for extended periods
• Proficiency in carrying out tasks while maintaining health and safety standards
• Availability for diverse work schedules is a must for this role
• Recognized for being detail-oriented and for maintaining rigorous follow-up practices.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out warehouse duties, which might involve loading, choosing, packaging, dispatching, accepting, using forklifts, and performing cycle checks
• Meeting the contractual performance metrics when fulfilling obligations
• Tasked with the accurate selection and packaging of goods, conducting audits, initiating totes, staging products for transportation, and managing truck loading and unloading operations
• Responsible for the organization and processing of daily paperwork in a warehouse, which includes picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
• Providing support and maintenance services for different segments of the automated packaging system during the peak production shift
• Following the performance measurement criteria outlined in the contractual agreement
• Takes on extra responsibilities as assigned.

Equipment:

• Handling Incoming Merchandise: Managing the reception and logistics of products such as bolts, cables, reels, wires, and anchors.
• Pallet jacks, along with stand-up and sit-down forklifts, are essential machinery for efficient material handling
